This new home needed more outdoor living space to enjoy the amazing pastoral views! The lawn also had to be replaced and graded due to poor drainage. Since the deck was surrounded with hog wire fence, part of this had to be removed and steps added to conjoin the new patio. With 10’ wide steps, there is a much more open feel. To accommodate grade changes, a small garden wall had to be added on one side of the patio.
